We understand that you are eager to receive your order, and we share your excitement! However, we kindly ask that you allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment. Each order is carefully handpicked by our team members and undergoes a thorough quality control inspection.

During sale periods and peak volumes, such as during holidays, we kindly request that you allow 2-4 business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipping.

Please note that certain products are made to order, and it takes an average of 4-6 weeks for them to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you encounter any issues in receiving this email, please check your spam folder first or contact us for further assistance.

SHIPPING

For orders to be shipped outside of Norway, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

The average shipping time within Norway is 1-5 business days via our local postal service.
For North American orders, the average shipping time is 1-5 business days via DHL. International tracked shipments are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends or holidays.

TRACKING

Rest assured that the tracking number provided with your order is accurate! Please keep in mind that the package must first reach the sorting facility before the tracking number is activated. It may take up to two days for the package to cross the border from Norway, and the tracking code will not start updating until the package has reached the destination country.

DELAYED PACKAGE

We have established partnerships with our carriers and strive to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to weather conditions, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues beyond our control. We will make every effort to assist our customers in resolving any issues related to reshipments, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.

In the event that a package is lost, missing, or unable to be confirmed as delivered according to tracking information, we will process a reshipment of the order. However, packages that show confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and will not be eligible for a refund until the matter is resolved. If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you accordingly.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND DUTIES

Any customs taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid accordingly. We do not cover any additional charges or costs associated with the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note that these charges vary based on the laws and policies of each country, and we are unable to estimate the amounts accurately.

If a package is returned due to the refusal of payment for customs fees, duties, or taxes, a refund will not be applicable.

The tracking provided with your order is correct! Please note that the package must first travel to the sorting facility. Once it has been scanned in, the tracking number will be activated. It sometimes takes two days to cross the border from Canada, and the tracking code will not start updating until the package has reached the USA.
